WHY A2 COWS ?

Today, most milk contains a combination of A1 and A2 proteins produced by regular cows with both A1 and A2 genes. Hundreds of years ago, the original cows had only the A2 gene and produced milk with just the A2 protein. However, due to genetic changes over time, many modern cows now produce milk containing both A1 and A2 proteins. For some people, consuming A1 protein may lead to discomfort, such as bloating, cramps, and diarrhea. Recent research suggests that milk containing only the A2 protein (without the A1 protein) is easier to digest.

KIN fresh milk is as natural as milk can get. Our A2 cows are free from genetic modification. We add nothing and remove nothing away from their milk. We simply pick cows with the best genetics, because we believe that they produce better milk.
